I hope that it will give you an insight into the rich and varied life of this successful educational institution of over 1400 pupils. There is, however, no substitute for a visit and I always welcome the opportunity to meet parents personally and show them the school during term time.
Our pupils thrive on challenges, both inside and outside the classroom and the school has strong sporting, musical and dramatic traditions. Excellent pastoral care is at the heart of our work and ensures that our children feel completely at ease and secure in their surroundings.

Since 1999 Tusiime schools have been gradually expanding and academically excellently performing, thus leading in Dar es salaam Region and Ilala District for the past 18 years. At national level Tusiime is among the top ten schools. For the past ten years it has won several prizes trophies, and certificate awards for leading in Ilala district and Dar es salaam region. At the market, Tusiime is a most competitive entity occupying almost 80% of the market share if it is to run at full swing.

Congratulation goes to all staff of Tusiime, the administration, management and the Board of Directors for this commendable successful trend — they are all named to be part and parcel of the school’s greater achievement.
In 2012, over 90% of the pupils who graduated achieved an average of ‘A’ and only one ‘B’ — the school coming first in Dar es salaam region and Ilala district. The school also produced the 10 best girls and 7 of the 10 best boys in Tanzania.
The same record was repeated in 2013, with 158 — the highest number of candidates in Tanzania — the school scooped the second position in Tanzania with the general average score of 230 out of 250, producing the 10 best girls and 10 best boys in Tanzania.
Finally, the management slogan: our brightest students are encouraged to stretch themselves by carrying out independent search in different fields. Achieved the three Rs by 100% as all pupils at primary levels can read, count and write.
